Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Inspire: Manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, guidance, and motivation to help them exceed sales goals.
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies that align with YEET’s goals, fostering strong client relationships and partnerships.
- Monitor Performance: Track team progress, analyze results, and implement strategies to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with other departments to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives and company objectives.
- Recruit & Develop Talent: Help identify and onboard new sales reps to grow the team.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and team leadership, preferably in commission-based roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve ambitious goals.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
- Experience in media or advertising sales is a plus, but not required.
