Role Responsibilities

- Editorial Strategy: Collaborate with the Editor-in-Chief to define and execute the editorial vision, shaping a content calendar that resonates with our audience.
- Content Oversight: Coordinate with freelance writers, ensure timely article submissions, and uphold quality standards across all published content.
- Brand Voice: Contribute to developing and maintaining a consistent and distinct brand voice for Yeet Magazine.
- Traffic & Engagement Growth: Identify opportunities for high-traffic articles, trending topics, and special projects to boost readership.
- Content Performance: Monitor content performance metrics, providing feedback and ideas to maximize engagement and reach.

Compensation
- This position is revenue share-based. You will receive a share of ad revenue generated by high-performing content and successful special projects.
- For high-traffic articles or standout projects, you will earn a percentage of the ad revenue, allowing you to benefit directly from the success of the content you manage.
- Long-term opportunities for revenue share growth or dividends may be available for consistently high-performing managers.
