It must be said that unlike Meghan Markle, Kate Middleton's husband will sooner or later be brought to sit on the throne of England.

Kate got her share of bad press. She and William were on and off for years and she was called Waity Katie, lazy, etc. The difference is that Catherine could take the heat. Meghan couldn’t.

Oh yes, they certainly are. The sewer media and their vacuous and self-loathing audience continually pit the two against each other, inadvertently displaying the true motives for their hatred of Meghan. Do you know, the above still insist on calling two married women by their maiden names against their choice and usage, and even go so far as to call Catherine by a name she has never used? I know: shocking. But it is also symptomatic and revealing: the sewer media and the haters attempt to depersonalise both women in their refusal to honour their choice of names, as this more conveniently allows them to reduce Meghan to a demonic 2D villainess and Catherine to a stick to beat her with. They are not 'pitted against each other'. Typical narcy thought from Meghan, narcs see everyone as in 'competion' with them. Meghan is so full of herself, deluded. She just doesn't get it. There is NO 'competion' None. Kate is in a completely different league to Meghan. Like chalk and cheese. Kate with be Queen one day, Meghan will is a minor royal and that's all she will ever be. Because they want to sell their papers and know that some readers will believe everything they read is true. If you read the article, you'll find it's a report from an ‘insider’ or spokesperson for the Palace. It's the same outlets who constantly call Catherine ‘Kate Middleton’ despite her never being known as Kate and stopped being a Middleton when she married William and use her maiden name when referring to Meghan. The old adage of ‘never let the facts get in the way of a good story' applies for these articles.

Okay. Let's get this straight. Prince William is heir to the throne. He is limited in some ways. He cannot take flights in friends' private planes. He will have some power in the future in his capacity as monarch. Like knighthoods and peerages and such. You don't see Prince Charles taking trips on friends' planes either. Its not because they care more or less about carbon footprints. Their position forbids it. Look at Prince Andrew, He is now in hot water because he had been friendly with some people. It would have been a million times worse if it had been Charles. So they take a commercial flight for a family visit. Because that is funded by Prince Charles's money. Meghan Markle is beautiful. She has an attractive face and she can dress well sometimes. She has a type of a manly boxy torso and very skinny legs, which I find unattractive. However, her beauty is slightly above average and in Hollywood there are so many women who looks as attractive or more attractive than her. There is nothing special in her looks. Meghan should have listened and learned instead of coming on like a wrecking ball. Catherine Middleton's teeth chattered all the way down the aisle when she married Prince William. She was understandably nervous. She was humble. Diana was said to have felt deeply unworthy. Meghan showed up with an agenda to "modernize the royal family." She is said to have called Catherine Middleton "the dowdy duchess." Meghan should have realized that she did not check all the boxes: she was a divorced actress from another country. As such. Do we really compare people against each other. Both are beautiful women who have different goals in their life. Kate married to raise a family and be in the role of the Queen. Meghan has had a career and has with stood the paparazzi and is a well established actress which she willingly gave up to be Harry’s wife. She is older than Kate and obviously is looking to start a family but her charity work is now her new career. Comparing their looks is very immature. I’m sure that it’s heartbreaking for both William and Catherine to see Harry and his family leave the UK. The brothers has always envisioned a different path together. They’ve always been extremely close and Catherine has been like a big sister to Harry. I believe Harry when he states, “if you knew what I did you would do the same for your family”. As outsiders we are not apprised of threats and hate mail the couple has received nor their baby. Security threats to Meghan and Archie aren’t exactly tweeted out for everyone to scrutinize. What shocked me the most is that anybody would believe something so ridiculous and infantile. Meghan used the excuse of complaining about an article in the press to trash talk Kate this way, her envy and resentment was obvious. Then many presencial witness came forward giving a complete different story, who do I believe? Let’s see. Meghan has feuds with her father, half sister,half brother, her former staff (6 people) her mother side of the family, the press, former friends and the Royal Family, she is being accused of bullying and lying in court, this without mentioning the 17 debunked lies she said in that infamous interview. On the other hand, Kate has no feuds with anyone, gets along with her family and William’s, is not giving interviews to trash talk anyone and has no history of lyin

Honestly….. I would say none.. Mostly because 99.9% of Megan Markles wardrobe is very Ill fitting, wrinkled or has the original tags still on it. Kate Middleton has always dressed well to her shape . I would much rather raid her closet. I am not trying to pit the two ladies against one another, just pointing out that Kate has a crisper, and cleaner look.

Neither one of them uses their maiden names anymore. Catherine is not Kate. They can both look relatively younger and older depending on lighting and makeup, as well as how kind the photographer wants to be. Both of them look very nice almost all the time. I have no idea why we have to pit them against each other all the time.

Now in modern royal terms that sort of attitude went out with King John. She is a social anachronism that did not make it through the Middle Ages. No. The vast majority of the British people do not suffer from Narcissistic Personality Disorder, so that will not affect their opinions. Perhaps you are also unaware that Catherine has never used the name “Kate”, which was invented for her by the Daily Mail who mocked her as “Waity Katie”? And neither woman chooses to use her maiden on marriage. The two points above are relevant to your question, however. It’s the tabloids who skew their stories to try to put one against the other, and their audience who buy into this false dichotomy. And I guess they are also using the “N” word, despite knowing that NPD is very rare and can only be diagnosed by a psychiatrist after several face-to-face sessions.

It's not a feud, let's get that straight! It is the jealousy and unwillingness to learn exuding from every pore of Markles body. If she had any problems with the protocol, institutional running of the ‘Firm' as it's known, of the expectations of someone hoping to join the family then all they had to do was speak up and out that they were finding things difficult to adhere to in this day and age. That would have resulted in the Queen and her advisors trying to accommodate said person in a lesser role. Markle didn't do this, she took everything being married to Prince Harry gave her and gave absolutely nothing back. I was one of her strongest supporters. I was so happy Harry had found true love, with a woman who was wonderful. Initially I approved of all things she did that weren’t common in the Royal family (wearing black, off the shoulder, no panty hose, etc). I’ve never been a fan of Kate Middleton, Soni was glad that there was someone else who royal watchers could follow. Gradually, it became apparent to me atleast, that Megan was in this marriage only for herself. I have nothing against her being a social climber, I consider the Middletons to be social climbers too. But atleast the Middletons showed respect towards the institution of monarchy. Then there was the scandal involving her father. Prince Harry would probably answer ‘yes’ to this question, while his brother would offer a very gentlemanly ‘no’. The rest of us all have our own personal favourites, or no interest at all. The two Duchesses really shouldn’t be pitted against each other, especially now, while Meghan faces a daily thrashing in the press, courtesy of her horrendous family, (apart from Doria). Catherine certainly holds a higher Royal position, since she is married to an heir to the throne. That does not necessarily make her more or less popular. It simply means that she can expect to one day be Queen, not a position Meghan will ever hold. Popularity is subjective. To answer your question, you would need to poll every citizen in every country across the world. Good luck! :)

The royal family of England have have weathered MANY AND I REPEAT MANY STORMS, TRIBULATIONS, OBSTACLES..ECT. Meghan Markle agenda to destroy and ridicule the British royals will not be successful. Speaking for myself only. Markle actions thru out her brief tenure as a 'SENIOR ROYAl' were somewhat gracious. A phasad she projected as being this perfect wife of prince Harry as well as a dedicated British royal. Whatever choices prince Harry decides to navigate in a negative manner . Speaking out against his immediate royal family during his Oprah Winfrey interview. Which I am sure Queen Elizabeth graciously pondered his comments . Interesting,… really…. Catherine can remove a coat as long as its done ladylike and away from the crowds and cameras… No, it’s not because she’s cold. Kate Middleton might as well trademark her impeccable wardrobe. From elegant gowns to comfy sneakers, anything she wears is practically guaranteed to sell out within minutes. But that doesn’t exempt her from the etiquette rules everyone in the royal family must follow—including ones that seem rather old-fashioned. Most recently - who knew that pale pink lipstick was ‘channelling Alexis Carrington’ et al? Apparently spending Christmas with HER mother instead of HIS grandmother can be ‘sweet’ or a deathly snub. Last year’s Cenotaph appearance, similar outcome. The divisive wedge shoes. Should she / shouldn’t she eat avocados? Depends who you are apparently. And I believe Catherine would for appearance sake be polite if they are photographed ever together in public again. To the best of my knowledge the etiquette about tiaras (in England at least) is that no woman wears a tiara until she is married — hence the importance of the wedding day tiara. If the lady’s family has a tiara then traditionally the bride wears her own family’s tiara on her wedding day (which is why Diana wore the Spencer tiara and not one of the Queen’s). If her own family does not have a tiara but the groom’s family does then it can come under the category of “something borrowed”. This is what Kate and Meghan did, borrowing from the Queen’s collection. William and Harry are half-Windsor, half-Spencer but if Kate or Meghan had worn this they would have been going against tradition (because they were marrying into the Windsor family, not the Spencer family). Wow, have you been hibernating? William and Catherine are in-line to become King and Queen after the Queen and Prince Charles’s demise. As such they rate higher in the Order of Precedence than Harry and Meghan. Meghan had not bargained on being an ‘also ran’, she had banked an becoming No.1. No it is not true and the Author of the book - Meghan Markles mouthpiece, Omid Scobie should have known better than to write that. It is not the Duchess of Cambridges responsibility to take care of a 36 year old ‘’ feminist and activist’’ from America, who made a decision to marry a Prince. MM has been around and should be capable of looking after herself. The Palace provided a team of women to support her and teach her the ropes. What do you think of the reports that Catherine is working with Meghan, or is going to, on a documentary about Catherine's charity works? For Meghan of course, it would mean more exposure and a chance to try to get back in to the RF's inner circle. She certainly doesn't do enough work to make a documentary about it! Catherine is far to intelligent to get involved with markle as it would make the situation even worse. In addition it has been widely reported in today's papers that the Queen has instruct lawyers to start liable proceedings against these 2 idiots. This action is something that the Queen never ever does, but enough is enough. Oh, she didn’t really do anything. The royal family is a soap opera written by the press. They’d recently acquired Kate Middleton to be the new Princess character. The job of the Princess is to have babies, wear pretty frocks, and visit hospitals. There isn’t really room for a second Princess in the narrative but the writers would absolutely love a Villain. At times in the past they’d cast both Diana and Sarah Ferguson in that role and it generates a lot of column inches and money. It’s not difficult to do: you can pick essentially the exact same news story and spin it in a villainous way. Meghan ticked a lot of boxes. A few questions about Pippa today, why? By this question you are now hoping people will compare Rachel with Catherine against Pippa, seriously, why? Rachel M Markle is nowhere near Pippa and Catherine in class, presentation, genuineness, empathy and most important supportive and loving towards each other, their immediate family and broader family members, including their inlaws. In comparison and try as she may Rachel fails to exhibit any of these traits. Her style, it is really more of a hit and miss. Whilst responding to this question I have keep seeing her NY style spectacular failure, her royal tour with tags left on her clothing. The Middleton ladies would not have looked like this public.

I don’t know about Catherine, but William has been betraying Harry and Meghan for four years, finally giving Knauf permission to give evidence against Meghan at her court case, a legal case she won against the Mail on Sunday, despite Knauf’s interference. I’d be surprised if Harry and Meghan are still speaking to William. I’d be furious if I were Harry. Yet in the end, Harry won out. He’s now living a happy and meaningful life, which is more than can be said of William who, more and more is growing stuffier than his father.

It’s the Daily Mail. Strike one. The source is an unnamed “insider”. Strike two. The claim is that a “friend” of Meghan talked to the Mail. The idea of any friend speaking to a paper that has attacked her since November 2016 and is currently being sued by her is ludicrous. Strike three. Out. It’s basic decency to not trash your family in public! This rule should be doubly observed when one is a public figure let alone a key member of the royal family with long long established traditions. See this guy? LaVar Ball says outrageous stuff, time and time again putting his feet in his mouth. That man is an embarrassment IMHO. He has no shame. Since there's no called “Kate Middleton” and Meghan stopped using her maiden name when she married Prince Harry, this is a difficult question to answer. Since I have never met either, I can't say whether I prefer Catherine or Meghan. Certain newspapers and magazines would have you support one against the other, in particular Meghan is the recipient of unwarranted criticism from the Daily Mail among others saying she's caused a rift between Harry and William. The fact that the story is untrue doesn't stop some people believing it really is the case.

She is polite enough not to call Catherine by a name made up by the Daily Mail, and not to call married women by their maiden names against their wishes. “I would love to have the Duchess of Sussex and the Duchess of Cambridge together. Some people just don’t do joined up thinking! Or even thinking ….. * Meghan Markle is not in the line of succession, her husband is. Divorce would be a better way to avoid Meghan getting near the throne. * For Harry to inherit the throne under the current rules his father, brother two nephews and a niece have to die. What sort of protection is another baby against that kind of tragedy? * Parliament determines the line of succession, the Princess of Wales’ just provides the queue. An amendment to the Act of Succession would save her a lot of trouble. * Catherine is not a brood mare. She suffered hyperemesis gravidarum throughout all three pregnancies. Well that is normal for the media, look at how all the media refer to Kate Middleton, yet she was born and name Catherine, she is now married and her name is Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge. Not Kate Middleton never Kate but the media is run by morons who have their own agenda and refuse to change.

Beauty and popularity don't make a Duchess real. Both Catherine and Meghan are real duchesses based upon their marraiges to Dukes. Don't you have anything better to do with your time them pit two women against each other?

Well, the late Diana, Princess of Wales* (NEVER Princess Diana) married the heir to the British throne, like the former Catherine Middleton (NEVER Kate) did. Then a few years later, the former Sarah Ferguson married the heir’s younger brother, just like the former Meghan Markle did. Diana was hounded by the press for being ‘fat’ and ‘frumpy’, as well as making numerous fashion faux pas. The Duchess of Cambridge was harassed by the press who called her “Waity Katey” (this is, in fact, where “Kate” comes from: she has never been called anything but Catherine) for the length of her relationship with Prince William, for wearing hipster jeans and crop-tops, and sunbathing topless. I think it's the kind of press coverage that matters. Meghan plays games with the media. She has her own ‘anonymous’ PR team who spreads the word that she is a saint (let Daniel take a moment to sob). She does something against the norm approximately twice a month. Kate gets press by attending events, looking impeccable, and interacting appropriately with people. Kate never seems like she is aware of the camera. She is photographed being natural. Meghan loves the camera and at times it seems she is more aware of the camera than the people she is meeting. It looks like that in many photos.

Why do y'all keep calling her Kate Middleton? You know she is married and doesn't use Kate, her name is Catherine. The Princess of Wales is more appropriate. Also, why are you using Markle? Meghan doesn't use Markle anymore, either, she is married as well. Do you have an issue with addressing people by their married names?! How can anyone possibly answer this question? Aside from obvious basic treatment we should expect a parent to deliver to a child like: * Providing a safe and clean home * Providing suitable clothing * Providing suitable nourishment * Providing other requirements such as health care and education * Not using life threatening violence or abuse (physical, emotional, sexual) against the child There is no way to “rank” who is better. Kids, aside from the basics, don’t all require the same things in the same amount from a parent. Some kids had doting parents that did everything for them, some kids had working parents who encouraged the kid to be more responsible at an early age. Some kids had stricter parents, others not so much. Some parents gave their kids more material things, some parents think that is spoil

How could Meghan (who stopped using her maiden name on her marriage 3 1/2 years ago) see Catherine (who stopped using her maiden name over 10 years ago) regard Catherine as a competitor, when they have completely different jobs and live on different continents? The competition-between-two-attractive-celebrities shtick is an old, old ploy used by gossip magazines to attract customers. The French call it an idée fixe. In Victorian England it was referred to as a monomania. Today we would say that the Anti-Sussexers are obsessed with Harry and Meghan. They never miss a chance to revive debunked theories and repeat anonymous allegations against them. There’s no logic, no reason behind it. It’s pure blind compulsion.

I don't think the public will ever get over the shock that Harry chose Meghan Markle over his duties to the public. He has undone all of the Queen's hard work in one swift, selfish move. He didn't care what his family or the public thought. How can he possibly represent us, after going against us in this way? Meghan's history - and the levels of doubt about her real motivations - are a daily nightmare we must all wake up to. Both Harry & Meghan, in my view, should stop making public appearances. It's just such fakery, seeing people bow down to Meghan. I'm sure if someone could get Trevor Engelson (Meghan's ex-husband) to talk, he would have explosive stuff come out. I also see some strange comparisons. It's ridiculous to compare a soap actress with a past to Kate Middleton or Diana, 2 shy

The right to work and earn a living from their own efforts, and the freedom to make their own business decisions. American citizenship for their children should they choose it years from now. The right to defend themselves legally against the tabloids. A mixed-race, multicultural household. The right to “opt out” of the press pool and protect their children’s privacy and their own. Like using their names incorrectly, playing the comparison game is invited by the gutter tabloids that themselves have nothing better to do than to create fake stories and see who believes them.
