“We're trying to get to 7,000 calories a day, but it's not easy for anyone to consume that much food, even if we break it down into smaller meals,” said Duran, who noted that Mark Wahlberg wants to gain 5 pounds more, to E! News.
"He eats about every three hours. We produce good carbs, dark green vegetables, and then we just change the protein throughout the day and, at least, a dozen eggs a day," he continues. leader.
