But wouldn’t it be smart to look at the last year of the activities of the children, get an average on what they need financially, including essentials and schooling, and then that’s the number he pays? Why are all of these comments so negative and against his wife who has taken care of his kids while he continues to establish his career. He literally rents his guest house for 65000 a month and wants to give less for his kids and their upbringing. Whoever says nobody needs this much money, does not understand the lifestyle of rich and famous where's school can cost 30000 a month itself and let's not forget about all the things they are already accustomed to. Yes to us regular folks this is extreme but they are used to this lifestyle of having birthday parties that cost upwards of 100000, driving in luxury cars, going to expensive vacation on private islands bcs their privacy matters, having drivers, chefs, exclusive private lessons....etc.

She's obviously after his money but I feel sorry for the kids that they have to move out. Hopefully, Kevin and his wife are able to cope with their own painful feelings enough to still consider the kids

It looks like Kevin will have to give into her demands. For Kevin to increase from the initial amounts that proposed, that means he knows he will loose this fight.

She’s admitting that she cannot afford to give their kids the same lifestyle they are accustomed to. So give him custody then. She agreed to sign a prenup and during the course of the marriage she could’ve went to school get a degree or opened her own business or something then she wouldn’t be depending on a man for a handout. Also, the article explains how he cancelled her credit cards after he found out she was using their money to pay for her expensive divorce attorneys. I’m sorry but if I’m the one working and paying for everything and you are using the money that I work hard for to sue me and take me for everything I’ve got, I’d be cancelling your credit cards as well. People also forget that any child support you receive is nontaxable and nondeductible. So she wouldn’t be paying any taxes on it. She’s greedy. Many single mothers raise their kids with little to no child support at all. She should be counting her lucky stars that he’s even agreeing to give her as much as he’s agreeing to.

What if they are in an elite private school getting an expensive education. In this case I would agree. Because kids need good education even if the lot of us can't afford it. His kids are still his kids even if she isn't his wife. He shouldn't stop loving his kids. If he thinks it will be misused he could pay his share directly to the facilities.

All money above reasonable housing and health care for the children should be put into escrow accounts and be doled out for higher education after high school. Graduate collage and the balance of escrow doled out in partial payments until the children are 30 years of age. Kevin has an obligation to the children and their living expenses. The wife gets what the prenup agreement was when they got married. No prenup, in MI its half of the assets, .😎😁😎

School easily 30,000 monthly
Security 25,000 monthly
Tutors 6000 monthly
Extra activities 10,000 monthly rich people kids have different bills. Kim k get 150,000 a month plus Kanye has to pay for half of the school and half of security. So her 150 isn’t even for school or security. Just for food nanny and travel.

Even if he gave her 200k per month that’s only 2.4 million per year. He’s worth roughly 250 million dollars, I’d offer her 100k a month divided by however many kids they have together.

They should leave the kids in their current home with their normal routines and have Kevin and the ex come and go on set dates to keep the kids from being uprooted from anything. Costs to Kevin would be same and ex can support herself. I think that would be in the best interest of kids. Split custody. But instead of kids being moved all over place it be the parents to do the coming and going.
